These packs can be ordered online & collected in the Stormy stores. In recent times, Stormy (& the world!) has had to react.and so sadly Scotch Hall Stormy is no more, but instead, in reaction to the times we live in, a 'take home' ice cream pack was created. Sounds of Disney waft from it's retro jukobox, and the building is almost 'gingerbread house like' in appearance (a chlild's dream and an adult's oasis). The following year, another Stormy was born, in the beautiful seaside town of Blackrock, Co. The counter was actually a converted VW van, sitting snuggly on the ground floor of Scotch Hall Shopping Centre. This Stormy combined the love of v intage vans with ice cream. The fond connection with Drogheda began then, and so it was chosen as Storm in a Teacup’s second location, opening in 2017. This ‘parlour’ makes beautiful handmade artisan ice cream, and for its efforts won an award, at Drogheda Maritime Festival. Following that, in 2015 the doors opened on a small production facility, based on a smallholding, amongst 9 farms, in Stamullen, Co. These vans have attended many festivals, weddings, parties etc. One of the first projects, after opening, was to restore beautiful vintage ice cream vans. Since then, each family member has taken on specific responsibility for a new aspect of the ice cream business, to help it flourish & grow (all the while keeping things passionate & personal).

The concept started as a tiny ice cream hut, selling beautiful ice cream concoctions from the pier, on Skerries Harbour. Storm in a Teacup was a little family idea, that began in May 2010.
